As a helper for waste disposal (m/w/d), you have the opportunity to actively contribute to environmental protection while being physically active. This position offers you a good balance of team work outdoors and structured organization. Your job is to ensure a smooth run in waste disposal, and you will be part of a dedicated team that gives everything every day to keep the city clean and sustainable. This role does not require a special experience – only your willingness to use counts!

• You are responsible for collecting and transporting waste from the intended containers.
• You make sure that different types of garbage are properly separated and disposed of.
• You work closely with your team to efficiently master the daily waste disposal processes.
• You check the state of the garbage containers and report defects or damage.
• You contribute to meeting environmental standards and cleanliness in our region.

We are looking for

As a helper for waste disposal (m/w/d), you don't need an extensive professional qualification – your motivation and willingness to be part of a team working together on an important task is important. Physical work in different weather conditions should not be a problem for you.

• You bring a minimum amount of physical fitness and are resilient.
• You have a reliable and independent way of working.
• You are ready to work in a team and provide mutual support.
• You have no fear of contact with garbage and waste.
• Ideally, you have first experiences in a comparable activity, but this is not a must.
