As a Business Analyst (m/w/d) in the IT environment, take a key position within the company In this role, you act as a link between the clients of our client and the relevant teams in the internal college Here you are focused on the analysis of business processes in the banking and financial environment As a competent Sparring Person, you will also be consulted as part of the inclusion of specific customer requirements and support their determination and formulation Your previous knowledge and experience in the context of banks or other financial service providers as well as your IT affinity make it easy for you to structure these requirements and translate them into clearly understandable concepts In close coordination with the internal development and project teams as well as the external responders, you monitor the timely and comprehensive technical implementation of these concepts At the same time, you take over the creation of user stories and documentation in order to drive the continuous optimization and harmonisation of processes and structures In a highly specialized international environment, complex software projects with finance focus fully accompany you from idea to implementation

You have a successfully completed degree (Uni/FH/DH) in business administration, business informatics, banking or adjacent departments. Alternatively, you have completed vocational training including additional qualifications After your studies or vocational training, you gained relevant professional experience in an auditing company, financial services or an industrial company Ideally, you have already moved into the interface between IT and Finance and can therefore rely on practical experience values from a comparable position. Through a generally strong IT affinity, not only is the safe handling of a common ERP system for you, of course, but also a good basic understanding of classic IT projects as well as interest in digitization topics and process management In addition to a sovereign appearance, you combine a high level of empathy and fingertip feeling in your advisory function with the necessary enforcement capability and great persuasiveness. Depending on the experience and qualification 70.000-80.000 € annual income, plus company car
