Yard and Operations Manager (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for our drivers (m/w/d) and, together with the ladder, take the driver's acceptance and gate assignment You first and manage all important documents – from shipping documents to goods receipt papers to label orders You process customer requests for stocks, take care of returns and complaints and keep our data up to date You document goods and exits for a clean storage – digital and analog – and send all documents on time You order consumables such as gloves, labels or packaging and make sure there is everything on site You welcome visitors (m/w/d) and customers, introduce them to our security rules and organize training as needed You take system-side preparations such as label printing or document templates so that everything goes smoothly in the daily business

You have a completed training in the field of logistics, forwarding, warehouse management or office communication – or just good practical experience You own organizational talent and keep an overview even when it becomes hectic You have fun in IT and work safely with ERP or goods management systems You communicate clearly, kindly and at eye level – with drivers (m/w/d), shift managers (m/w/d) and customers alike You are reliable, independent and take responsibility.
