We are now looking for a Head of Customer Success (m/w/d). In this responsible position, a 10-person team will lead you, optimize processes and make digitalization vital in customer service. You are the central executive who manages both the day-to-day operations and drives strategic developments.

Leading and developing the international customer service team with currently 10 colleagues Ensuring operational daily business and high customer satisfaction Your team and you accompany the onboarding of new customers and support their existing customers. Ensure efficient processes and high service quality Promote and empower your team while creating a positive and motivating working climate You continuously optimize the workflows and processes in your area and support further digitalization and automation in the company You perform an important interface function to the other department managers, especially operations and sales

Completed study or training, preferably with an economic, external or commercial background Multiannual experience in a leadership position with direct customer contact, ideally in an international context You speak German and English You combine enforcement with empathy and are able to guide their team members individually and in situ You are open to change and innovation and bring experience in using ERP or CRM systems High affinity for digital technologies and process automation Your focus is on the promotion and development of your team while at the same time maximising customer satisfaction
