Key to addressing these complex challenges to the security of a digitized healthcare system is the Telecommunication team of the Technology Management department. The Telecommunication team is responsible for ensuring the productive and available TK operation, with the central telephone system, session boarder controllers, and the mobile radio infrastructure. You report directly to the team management of the Telecommunications team

You are also responsible for the administration of the central telephone system based on Unify OpenScape 4000 You enter various unified messaging solutions around the central TK system including Unified Communication, Contact Center, Voicemail, Fax and various TK servers You administrate the highly available session Border Controller (SBCs) with connection to multiple TK providers You manage the monitoring of the entire telecommunications system and adjacent systems You plan and accompany the introduction of mobile services You identify risks and develop solutions You accompany the planning and commissioning of construction projects with requirements and expertise from the TK environment You carry out problem analyses and interference in the TK environment and provide 2nd level support for the TK systems

A completed vocational training for system or specialist informatics (gn), Electronics (gn) for information and telecommunications technology, System Electronics (gn), Electronics (gn) in the field of communication technology with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification Very good knowledge of the construction, operation and administration of telecommunication solutions, preferably Unify Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products Good knowledge of network technology, especially for VoIP Basics of server systems Professional handling in contact with our users Team skills and cooperation A high willingness to participate in internal and external training to further develop the above-mentioned skills Own initiative, commitment and independent working Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Willingness to participate in readiness
