In Ettenheim, Georg Fischer Piping Systems manufactures plastic pipe systems and valves from fluoropolymers for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries as well as chemical equipment construction. One of the largest cleanrooms in Europe for plastics processing is located in the areas of assembly, machining, extrusion and injection molding. Become a leader (w/m/d) in QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) as part of a team that does not understand quality and safety as a duty – but as a posture and shape a safe, healthy and sustainable working environment at the Ettenheim site.

Design and develop a strong culture of quality, safety and sustainability – from shopfloor to management – and override the overall responsibility for the department incl. Target management, leadership and further development of employees. Ensuring the highest product and clean room quality by monitoring critical parameters (e.g. particles, temperature, pressure, moisture, clean water), production processes and consistent complaint and special release management. Planning and implementation of internal, external and supplier audits for continuous improvement and responsibility for sustainable quality standards and efficient use of resources incl. Budget responsibility. Active development of environmental and sustainability initiatives. Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection (ISO 45001), including organisation of safety structures, as well as legal and group implementation of all requirements. Security and further development of integrated management systems according to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 as well as responsibility for central QM topics incl. Specifications, GPMS documentation, technical approvals and CAQ system.

You have completed your studies, ideally in the field of quality management, safety technology, environmental sciences, sustainability management or comparable. 2-3 years of experience in a comparable function with responsibility for QHSE topics in industrial environments. German and English at a high level – in word and writing. Further training in the field of certifications, in particular ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, is of great advantage. A high level of initiative, sense of responsibility, team spirit and communicative strength. The ability to create data analyses and management reports not only, but to give inspiration to them.
