• They work in body care, share food and help in food intake.

• You observe and control the vital parameters of your patients.

• They accompany patients for examinations, treatments and are involved in physical therapy.

• They clean and maintain instruments, clean up the medical rooms and set the beds.

• They carry out simple medical instructions and regulations, help with nursing documentation and organisation and support professionals such as nursing professionals in the night watch.

• The performance of the tasks is linked to the performance of weekend, shift and holiday service.

• If you do not have the training listed in the "Qualification Requirements" section, the focus of your activity is on the qualification and preparation of the state exam for the nursing assistant or for the nursing assistant.

• They are placed in a fixed-term employment relationship up to 31.03.2028.

• It expects an attractive salary even during the training measure.

• A grouping takes place up to the remuneration group P 6 collective agreement for the public service (TVöD). The assignment to the respective level of experience depends on your professional experience (2907.18 euros gross to 4013.41 euros gross). You will also receive a monthly care allowance of 141,82 euros and a monthly allowance of 25,00 euros.

• You work full time or part time. The activities shall be carried out at the place of service.

• They work with an employer in safe economic conditions that promotes a balanced work-life balance through flexible working hours, part-time models and home office.

• In the course of the further development of diverse career prospects as well as a variety of exciting tasks, there is in principle the possibility of qualifying in a further step also for the care specialist (P 7 TVöD).

• You will receive an occupational pension scheme in cooperation with the Federal and Länder pension fund (VBL).

• You have the possibility to get a discount in the ÖPNV (Jobticket).

Qualification requirements:

VAS FOR UNS

• They have a primary school degree or an equivalent level of education.
• They meet the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Masons and the Strengthening of the Prevention of Vaccination (Masernschutzgesetz).
• They confess through their entire behaviour to the fundamental freedom of democracy within the meaning of the Basic Law.
• You agree to participate in a medical examination if necessary.
• They are ready to be qualified for the state-tested nurse or for the state-tested nurse.

RESEARCH

• They have a successfully completed training for the care helper or for the care helper or a comparable training.
