For consistency and transparency in all personal questions about HR KPIs and their control logic You accompany the further development within HR to an efficient data drive HR management You create meaningful analyses, statistics and dashboards and interpret these or guide action recommendations As a central contact person, you take over the coordination and content management of the budget planning process for HR and ensure coordination with relevant internal interfaces You guide and/or accompany projects around HR KPIs, Dashboards, SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) as well as other HR projects, such as pay transparency, equal pay, remuneration topics, etc.

As an expert:in you will bring relevant professional experience in the HR field with the focus on HR Analytics and have completed university studies preferably in the field of economics, finance/controlling, mathematics or a comparable degree course You have knowledge of SAP HCM, BW and SuccessFactors and have fun dealing with new tools at any time You bring experience in professional and trustful handling of executives and superiors, and you have knowledge of German language skills and good English skills. Your analytical skills help you to interpret KPI's, derive recommendations from analyses and prepare them for executives / directors You place a great deal of emphasis on a result-oriented and structured way of working and draw your attention through a high level of commitment and initiative. You are happy to actively promote topics and shape/optimize processes
