Project management for building construction (m/f/d)

The project is responsible for the technical management of project teams with various disciplines, such as construction, civil engineering, utility technology and electrical engineering, as well as architecture. You control the team and define the project objectives in order to realize them in particular with regard to costs, dates and qualities You are responsible for the control and quality testing of external architecture and specialist planner offices You guide the planning, awarding, control and billing of planning and construction services You take over project-dependent planning or sub-planning services according to HOAI, incl. demand planning and creation of feasibility studies You coordinate and conduct the necessary coordination with our customers (Bund, Civil + Military) for project implementation

You have completed their studies (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical field. Further requirements: You can have a multiannual professional experience in the project management or Project Responsibility in Building You provide knowledge of relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB, VgV, etc.) as well as qualified knowledge in handling project communication systems with Ideally, you have additional professional qualifications in the field of project management (DVP or the like) You are routined in handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and open to the BLB-specific application of SAP as well as project control/planning software Your profile is rounded off by first knowledge and experience in building information modeling (BIM) or by the willingness to acquire relevant knowledge with the BLB Your strong competence in managing the cooperation of various stakeholders is just as important as your target orientation, motivation and flexibility in handling changing framework conditions. You have the willingness and ability to manage a service vehicle and to verify safety under the Security Audit Act NRW You can refer to certain German language skills that correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E10 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 82.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
