Team Leader / Group Leader / Foreman / Warehouse Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a logistics coordinator (m/w/d), you control our operating processes in shift operation and work closely with the area management. You always keep an overview and also actively engage in the camp in order to achieve the predefined goals in the team. On short-term changes, you are flexible and practical. Your tasks in detail: You run your team professionally, plan your personnel deployment, ensure smooth workflows and the optimal integration of new employees. You make sure that work processes, laws, regulations and internal requirements are complied with – as a model, you are a reliable contact person for your team. You are happy to introduce your own ideas and thus contribute to the continuous optimization of the work processes. The proper layer documentation is also in your hands.

For this position you will bring experience from logistics or production. You are happy to take responsibility and have fun to lead a team and actively accompany the growth of our site. You can also score with these skills and skills: You have a completed commercial or logistical training as a specialist for warehouse logistics, logistics master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. First experience in a coordinating or conducting function is important, e.g. as a team leader, group manager, shift manager or logistics coordinator (m/w/d) – you want a multicultural team and appreciate an open and fair relationship. Routiniert you go with MS Office and ideally also with a warehouse management system – otherwise we will show you! You are flexible in time and ready to work in shift operation (spring and late shift). In addition, you have a fork certificate and are practiced in driving.
