The IT of the district Oberbayern GmbH is an innovative internal IT service provider. As a subsidiary of the Oberbayern district and the clinics of the Oberbayern district, we are significantly involved in providing high-quality IT solutions. Our work helps to promote the mental health and well-being of people throughout Upper Bavaria. From our location in Haar near Munich we provide over 65 locations throughout the Oberbayern district, including Munich, Ingolstadt, Haar. We are contact persons for around 9,700 users with authorities, clinics and public institutions. Our tasks range from the operation of our own data centers in Munich and Haar to ensuring a stable, modern IT infrastructure to the integration of cloud services and the provision of current software and hardware solutions. As Senior Project Manager*in, you support us... in the independent management and control of complex IT projects across all phases – from strategic planning to implementation to successful completion and rollout in the professional management and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as close cooperation with internal departments, external partners and service providers – professional interface and stakeholder management monitoring and ensuring project targets in terms of quality, budget, timetable and strategic targets, as well as active risk, chance and change management in the operational implementation of the IT project portfolio, including the preparation for prioritization, resource planning and coordination with the corporate strategy in support of management in decision-making and continuous development of portfolio management ensuring compliance with IT standards, security policies, data protection and compliance requirements throughout the project and portfolio context for consulting internal contractors and stakeholders in organisational, technical and process issues relating to IT project execution and strategic project planning mentoring and support for the area project management in the further development of project management standards, methods and tools within ITBO
