HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

As a HR Business Partner, you enter a defined area of the Rosenxt Group and advise and support executives and colleagues in all HR relevant issues. In addition, you identify required professional HR processes and products and provide them in close cooperation with your interface partners.

Implementation of the globally defined strategy within the framework of corporate and personnel targets

Care, expert advice and support of executives and employees in all personal questions

Identification and proactive provision of innovative HR-related solutions, products and local guidelines for the relevant business areas at the relevant locations

Active cooperation in and acquisition of multi-site HR projects

Active support and implementation of individual measures and change management programs

To become part of the Rosenxt family, you convince by good organizational and time management skills. You also bring: A successfully completed study of law, economics or business psychology with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification

Multiannual well-founded professional experience in HR Business Partners in an international, technical environment

Team-oriented personality with high social and intercultural competence

Responsibility, service and quality awareness

Enforcement, Conflictability, Moderation Skills

A strong commitment and will to act proactively

Good knowledge about MS Office programs and HCM systems, experience with Workday desirable

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
