As a personal adviser:in you advise and support regional companies in the Greater Munich area in the occupation of vacancies and leadership positions in permanent employment You play our diverse marketing tools to generate independent leads and win new clients for you From the very beginning, you will build up your own client base, which you are self-contained and fully committed. In the operational day-to-day business, the focus of your activity lies in the implementation of holistic recruiting processes Ö from the creation of the request profile, the search for personnel and selection, to the successful occupation You use different networks and channels to actively address candidates and to inspire them from your positions to be occupied As part of the personnel selection, you use both classic interviews and other acquisition diagnostic procedures to make a well-founded selection of candidates
