Manager - Performance Management (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) As Manager Performance Management, you play a central role in the financial management of our international activities and are Sparring partners for top management. In your role, you monitor and control the profitability of our real estate lending business in the USA and Asia by proactively supporting and advising management by providing decision-relevant key figures, analyses and reports As the first representative of the local sales units, you assess their potential new business and start ad hoc analysis of trends, vulnerabilities and sensitivities. You can also rely on the regular quality assurance of our credit data collections outside Europe at any time. Last but not least, you support us routined when creating internal reports on bank management as well as in the business planning of our business units in the USA and Asia, as you advise business-based and focus on transparency and earnings responsibility.

Successfully completed studies in economics or related courses Multiannual professional practice, ideally in controlling, income management in banking and/or international commercial real estate credit business Experience in the international environment, in particular with the US and/or Asia markets, is advantageous Used in handling MS Office (especially Excel), as well as in database applications and profound know-how with focus on SAP Strong communication skills and safe occurrence in dealing with internal customers as well as in consulting and reporting to decision-makers at the top management levels of international locations Very good knowledge of the analysis of financial data and business models Time flexibility, in particular with a view to close cooperation with Business Hubs in different time zones Impressed numerical affinity and pronounced analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Flowing English in Word and Scripture
