Transportation Audit & Compliance Manager, Transportation Risk and Compliance (TRC) (m/f/d)

TRC is looking for a high-judgment individual to join us as an Audit & Compliance Manager to assess carriers' compliance against legitimate requirements, and drive a compliance culture both internally and externallyly.
We are looking for an individual with strong audit experience, preferably in transport, who can apply their expertise to:
- conduct and manage thorough carrier assessments,
- identify compliance, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks at carrier and control level, and propose risk-mitigation solutions,
- deliver detailed finding and recommendation reports for both carriers and business teams (e.g., Legal, Carrier Operations, etc.). The successful candidate will have exceptional investigation and attention to details aptitudes, as well as strong data-driven mindset and capabilities, but excellent soft skills for building trustworthy relationships with stakeholders, peers, and carriers. Finally, the successful candidate will display good team spirit and automation.

Basic qualifications
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written German (CEFR C1)
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written Polish (CEFR C1)
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English (CEFR C1)
- Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, or risk/loss prevention, including demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies and procedures, conduct compliance audits, and identify risk areas
- Experience handling confidential information Preferred qualifications
- Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
- Experience with SQL and Excel
- Experience in program requirements definition, together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements
