Processing of customer and sales concerns in the field of life insurance Collection and maintenance of contract information (e.g. address, partner and communication data) Examination of contractual information for completeness and plausibility Processing of standardized business incidents in internal services Written correspondence with insurance companies, sales partners, external services and external bodies Supporting the dynamic team in the current daily business Insights into the working day and processes of the service department

Complete training as a merchant for insurance and finance or comparable qualification Secure PC knowledge and routined handling of MS Office Quick understanding and high readiness for learning in new processing programs Knowledge of contract, performance, data collection or customer service Experience in written correspondence or telephone customer communication High contactability, good expressability and service-oriented thinking Own initiative, resilience, team capacity and commitment
