The legendary Hotel Adlon Kempinski, right next to Germany's most famous landmark, the Brandenburg Gate, has fascinated its guests from close and far since 1907. Berlin's leading luxury hotel has 385 elegant hotel rooms and suites, three restaurants including the 1 Michelin star award-winning Lorenz Adlon dining room and exclusive event rooms for up to 500 people.

Station Responsibility: Own-sponsible management of your station including management of a Commis de Rangs Service excellence: provision of professional services according to Kempinski standards Consultancy & Sales: Funded advice on food and beverages as well as active upselling by offering attractive alternatives Guest care: Sovereign handling of guest wishes and professional complaint management including follow-up in coordination with the supervisor Organisation: Compliance with opening and closing processes and ensuring a clean, organised workplace Standards & Hygiene: Strict compliance with fire protection rules, hygiene (HACCP) and safety standards as well as the Kempinski Grooming standards Team support: Active participation in training and meetings as well as support in inventory and departmental tasks

Experience: Complete training in the gastronomy/hotel industry and sound knowledge in the superior service appearance: You identify with our Grooming standards Selling talent: You are enjoying the upselling and have a deep understanding of high-quality products Personality: Positive radiation, high self-discipline and a motivated setting – even if it comes up on the terrace Languages & Technology: Good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of popular POS cash systems
