Product Manager Measurement and Control Technology (m/f/d)

For ProMinent Deutschland GmbH we are looking for a product manager for measurement and control technology (m/w/d).

Team management: You lead the team application management with currently 4 employees Connector & Adviser: You act as an interface between external service, market and product/application management. You advise and support sales technically and develop sales-supporting tools. Coach & Competitors: You build the team's expertise, perform internal and external training and support the field service to enable them to distribute applications autonomously and competently. Marktanalyst & Optimizer: You continuously analyze market and competition developments, drive the further development of applications and products and develop innovative solutions and business models. Networker & language tube: You engage in associations, committees and working groups, represent the “Voice of Customer” and coordinate customer needs across departments. Project Manager: You plan and implement action plans and sales plans, conduct potential analyses and accompany the implementation of measures together with sales. Sales support: You support the acquisition of new customers, cross-selling activities and the development of standardization concepts. Presentation & Customer Contact: You visit customers, present solutions and participate in trade fairs, conferences and seminars.

Academic background: completed technical studies (Bachelor/Master) in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification; as an alternative to technical training with further training to the technician/ingenieur and business understanding. Professional experience: First professional experience in measurement and control technology, ideally knowledge in water analysis, swimming pool technology, machine and plant engineering or pump technology. Sales personality: pleasure in networking, guessing and selling as well as a safe, open-minded appearance. Self-employed and targeted working methods: independent, structured and result-oriented working methods. IT Skills: Secure handling of SAP and MS Office applications. Foreign language knowledge: Good English skills desirable. Readiness to travel: readiness to travel (about 20%).
