The Corporate Center is the seat of the Bertelsmann board. The Corporate Responsibility department is part of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA's central staff and develops concepts and measures for the strategic development and implementation of corporate responsibility at the various levels of the company.

At least a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance or Accounting) or the Spirit, Media or Communications Outstanding studies A strong interest in ESG reporting and regulatory sustainability requirements; ideally first practical experience Analytical thinking, numerical affinity and an independent and careful way of working Very good expressiveness in German and English (in word and writing) A safe handling of MS Office applications
