Team Leader Software Development (m/f/d)

In your role, you take the disciplinary and professional leadership of one or more software - Dev - teams. Take responsibility for a 'State of the Art' software development by developing development standards & quality standards. In addition, you are responsible for several parallel software projects and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the strategic orientation of the software architecture. But also personnel deployment planning, regular employee talks incl. Target agreements, professional development of your colleagues also belong to your tasks such as the definition of specific roles (dev leads etc.) within the team. Finally, you work closely with the 'Enterprise Architecture' team and the IT leadership on the long-term orientation of the entire IT system landscape.

Your basis is your studies in information technology or the achievement of this specific knowledge about the corresponding professional experience in software development in combination with the management of complex software projects. In addition, as a long-term leader, you will be delighted with your deep understanding of modern software architecture, coding standards, code reviews & quality requirements as well as your multi-year professional experience in the areas of C#/.NET and/or Agular. Additionally of absolute advantage are knowledge of the application of Domain Driven Design. As a team player, you shine with your high analytical, conceptual and communicative competence to solve challenges in a result-oriented manner. Your very good knowledge of German and English, motivation & delegation ability, goal-oriented & cooperative leadership style as well as your readiness to travel in Germany and abroad complete your profile.
