Team Leader System Integration (m/f/d)

Understanding technology. Develop solutions. share knowledge. As a Technical Team Lead System Integration, you take over the professional leadership of our team from currently ten System Specialists. Together, it ensures that complex security IT solutions are reliably planned, integrated and put into operation with our customers. You are a technical Sparring partner, problem solver and professional impulse provider for your team.

Professional leadership: You control, prioritize and support our System Specialists in the implementation, integration and commissioning of security IT systems and ensure continuous know-how transfer in the team. Technical solutions: You develop system architectures and integration concepts for complex security solutions and establish standards, best practices, checklists and technical templates. System integration: You accompany the installation, configuration, parameterization and commissioning of video management systems as well as Windows server and application environments. IT infrastructure: You design network architectures, VLAN structures and remote access solutions and support the analysis and elimination of complex IT, network and application problems. Project responsibility: Depending on the project, you take over the management of projects or subprojects and coordinate resources and operations together with PMO, project management and leadership. Interface management: You are a technical contact for customer support, internal technicians, project teams and customers and supports demanding technical questions

Complete technical training, for example as a specialist in system integration, IT system electronics, or a completed technical study. Multiannual professional experience in IT system integration, IT infrastructure or a comparable technical environment. Very good knowledge of the setup, operation and backup of server operating systems, especially Microsoft Windows Server. Found practical experience with video management systems as well as in the installation and configuration of IT and application environments. Experience in technical design and the ability to take responsibility for projects or subprojects. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
