Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees within the shift Ensuring production targets with regard to quality, quantity and timing Installation, start-up and optimization of injection moulding machines and monitoring of ongoing manufacturing processes Coordination of tool changes and production changes Support for fault analysis, troubleshooting and continuous process improvement Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and documentation requirements

You have a completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology. Ideally, you have completed a further training as an industrial master for plastic and rubber technology or a comparable additional qualification You have been able to gain first leadership experience and understand how to guide employees and promote cooperation in the team Creating, starting and optimizing injection moulding machines is one of your experience and process optimization You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and convince with a strong technical understanding and sense of responsibility The handling of MS-Office is familiar to you; ideally, you will also have first experience with ERP and MES systems The willingness to work in the 3-layer system is required
