Consultant Business Process Management & Transformation (international) (m/f/d)

You establish BPM as a living part of our global corporate culture and work as a consultant to strengthen process x cells worldwide. You control and advise complex process initiatives holistically – from initial analysis to design to successful implementation. You act as drivers of digital transformation and advise on the integration of pioneering technologies, such as Agentic AI, into our process landscape. You advise BPM key roles and stakeholders both in terms of content and method from the orientation of the processes to the operational implementation. You identify optimization potentials, initiate global improvement projects, accompany this change and bind the representatives of the relevant interfaces. With your expertise, you continuously develop the Kärcher BPM concept. You actively seek new trends and best practices in BPM and integrate them into the Kärcher approach.

Curiosity, empathy and enthusiasm as well as the will to make an active difference. A completed Master's or Diploma in Economics, Humanities or Technology (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics). Multiannual professional experience in process management, process digitization and organisational development in an internationally active consulting company. Understanding modern digitalization potentials and first contact points with AI-based process automation (e.g. Agentic AI, LLMs) Joy in the moderation of workshops and high methodological security in the support of complex change processes. Very good communication skills and reliable knowledge of German and English that allow you to communicate successfully at different hierarchical levels. readiness to (inter)national travel (approximately 10 %).
