Conducting energy audits in buildings of the Diocese of Münster Analysis of energy consumption and assessment of industrial plants Development of action recommendation based on an automated and digital consumption data collection to be developed Planning, consulting and support in the implementation of modernization concepts for buildings of the Bistums Münster Advice on funding programmes and support in the submission of applications Creation of building and property analyses, building state reports, demand analyses Consultation, examination and approval of contracts under HOAI Construction costs management

a completed study (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Energy, Building Technology, Construction, Environmental Technology or Architecture Certification as an energy consultant (e.g. BAFA DIN V 18599) desirable holistic technical understanding of building physics through building envelope to building technology independent work and sense of responsibility good knowledge of the HOAI – honorary order for architects and engineers; VOB – procurement and contract regulations for construction services; BauGB – Building Code; BauO NRW - Landesbauordnung Experience in the handling of monuments, good material engineering, structural design and historical knowledge energy and cost-conscious action well-founded experience in handling MS-Office products Experience in evaluating and solving demographic problems Standby for field service, driving licence class B a high level of initiative, negotiation skills and enforcement Team, organizational and communication skills, resilience and flexibility
