A successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering or a further education to the construction technician or a similar qualification Experience in employee management is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. Willingness to work into the fascinating matter of building conservation Self-employed and earnings-oriented work Negotiating skills and strong communication skills Confidence with relevant laws, regulations and standards in construction Good knowledge in MS-Office and ideally in costing and billing programs such as NEVARIS or similar Class B driving licence
