Personal responsibility: Professional and disciplinary leadership, coordination and further development of a seven-member team Financial and accounting: support in day-to-day business, in particular in the creditor and debitor accounting of various real estate companies and in the execution of ongoing business transactions Financial statements and tax: participation in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB for various companies; support for sales tax forecasts and accounting; Coordination of corporate decisions asset management and liquidity management: collection and management of all relevant operations relating to investment assets; responsibility for the weekly liquidity planning; Participation in investment planning Controlling and reporting: Responsibility for the monthly target-actual balance incl. analysis and derivation of countermeasures; design of medium-term and annual planning; Implementation of the accounting control, taking into account legal and tax requirements project management and process optimization: cooperation on internal projects in the field of accounting and controlling (e.g. migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA); active development and optimization of accounting processes and processes Cooperation: Close and regular coordination with the financial sectors of the group of companies and with external partners such as tax consultancy companies

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting – alternatively a comparable qualification At least five years of experience in accounting and controlling, of which at least three years in real estate accounting with sound tax know-how and at least three years of leadership experience Very good user knowledge in SAP and MS Office, ideally also in DATEV Embossed numerical affinity and analytical thinking Structured, reliable and independent mode of operation, combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality and communication strength
