Management Assistant (m/w/d) Kirn | Full time BT-LTWM-26-028 In addition to the support of the managing director, your tasks cover the areas of marketing and controlling in which you take responsibility for project tasks:

Team assistance / Organization: Support of management in the daily business (correspondence, dates, travel) Organisation of internal and external events and visits Takeover of general administrative tasks and maintenance of overviews Support in quality management system (IMS) and organisational projects

Marketing: Support and further development of social media, website and newsletter in cooperation with the central marketing department Maintenance of reference databases and creation of content Secure handling of PowerPoint for creating and preparing presentations

Controlling: Support in budget planning and creation Participation in monthly and quarterly evaluations Preparation and design of presentations and reports Participation in coordination with the business units

Completed training as a media designer:in or Bachelor in Business Administration or a comparable discipline First professional experience in marketing and/or controlling Organizational skills and communication skills Friendly, professional appearance and good communication skills High IT affinity
