Checking quality indicators of delivery tours and deriving measures to increase delivery quality Examination and optimisation of the utilisation and delivery performance of the vehicles and implementation of entry and exit controls Planning and collection of collections in logistics disposition Advice and support of transport operators and delivery drivers Defining tour planning together with transport operators Processing complaints and customer complaints

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a forwarding businessman / forwarding businesswoman or the like, ideally with first industry experience, e.g. as tour guide High communication capability (at least B2 to C1 German knowledge) Teamability and customer orientation IT affinity with the willingness to work into new IT systems Commitment, motivation and enforcement Ready for shift and Saturday work
