In this responsible position, you ensure compliance with the highest quality and aviation standards and continuously develop quality management in the aerospace sector. You support the company through expertise, consulting and training in QM and Part 21J topics.

The overall responsibility for the Aerospace QM area is in your hands, including the continuous development of the quality management system You are responsible for planning and conducting internal and external audits according to EN 9100 and ISO 9001 The definition, implementation and consistent follow-up of QM processes and improvement measures will help you significantly Risk and error analyses are carried out independently and take effective measures Examination and assessment of special customer requirements and quality-relevant questions is your responsibility Actively support the further development of the Part 21J organization and advise and train internal stakeholders on QM and Part 21J topics

A completed technical study or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis More than 10 years of relevant professional experience, of which at least 3 years as an auditor in the EN 9100 area, characterize your career Very good knowledge of German and English in C1 level allow you to communicate safely in the international environment Comprehensive knowledge of EN 9100, including the qualification as an internal auditor, as well as experience in the Part-21J environment Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, high customer orientation, pronounced conflict management and self-organisation capabilities as well as experience in development, production, supplier management, safety management, project management and export control complete your profile
