Construction/reconstruction/repair of prototype high-voltage batteries (assembly, disassembly & repairs) as part of a task force Analyzing errors on HV batteries and performing rework Various tests & assembly sizes along the assembly and detection process such as leak testing, electrical function testing, and special tests of module construction & module welding technology Modification of components and components as well as assembly of special structures for development tests Documentation of audits, rework and vulnerabilities in IT systems and preparation of findings reports

Completed training for the KFZ-Electrist, KFZ-Mechatroniker or comparable training Multiannual professional experience as KFZ mechatronics/KFZ electricians as well as in prototype assembly and in the handling of HV batteries/modules are mandatory Qualification and appointment as EFK/EFKmAuS desirable Extensive knowledge of special manufacturing methods such as laser welding, casting and adhesive bonding, tightness, EOL Safe handling of workshop-specific IT systems in development (Kers, FAST, Hypertest, MS Office) High level of team capacity, flexibility and willingness to change working hours Quality-conscious, independent and careful work
