To strengthen our Global Information Technology division, we are looking for Head of Business Applications (m, w, d) – a leader who understands processes and lives IT.

2-tier ERP strategy: You shape our architecture with focus on SAP S/4HANA (large entities) and Odoo (cloud ERP for smaller units). Clean Core & Architecture: You drive the ''Clean Core' philosophy forward and secure clear integration standards (best-of-breed instead of old code). E2E processes: You consistently align our application landscape with value flows and measurable business value. Transformations-Enabler: As an austerity partner of the ERP project management, you present architectural guidelines and governance. Smart & AI Driven IT: You use modern AI technologies to optimize data history, code analysis and migration cycles. Data Excellence: You establish a One Data Model, improve data quality and manage the Data Integration Platform. Team evolution: You develop the SAP team process-oriented and build a new, agile Odoo team in parallel.

Modern Leadership: Multiannual IT leadership experience (lower industry). You combine strategic vision with implementation strength and understand how to inspire your team for new ways (such as Cloud-ERP). Architecture DNA: Deep understanding of complex ERP landscapes, modern integration architectures (API-led) and SAP BTP. Cloud-ERP Experience: Found SAP knowledge, ideally complemented by experience with lightweight cloud ERPs such as Odoo.Value-Driven Mindset: You think in business outcomes instead of modules and know how to anchor real business IT alignment. Communication: You are moderately confident between technology and discipline and translate architectures into clear business cases. Travel readiness: Local travel to our European locations make your work varied and strengthen your international network.
