Your post: You are a direct contact (m/w/d) for colleagues from 1st level support. You take and edit requests that cannot be solved by 1st Level Support. You stand in regular exchange with other specialist departments, analyze errors and inquiries and actively contribute to finding solutions. You structure the concerns and requirements of our customers and prepare them. This is how you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our service. You work closely with the Product Owner (m/w/d) and developer teams to solve complex fault images in a sustainable manner. You take over the planning and independent implementation of onboardings for our CGM portal. Your ideas are in demand: You are proactively introducing suggestions for the further development of our products and processes. That's what you bring: You have a training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist informant (m/w/d) or IT system administrator (m/w/d), or you have a cross-entry (m/w/d) with comparable IT skills. Experiences in support of the SAP Commerce Cloud are beneficial, but no need. You have secure basic PC knowledge and experience in dealing with current MS Office applications. Team spirit, a self-employed and solution-oriented way of working characterises you. You have a quick understanding and excellent problem-solving skills to efficiently master technical challenges.
