Self-creation and adaptation of work and layout plans Development of layouts in coordination with the departments Independent clarification of planning contents with the interfaces Coordination and coordination with production, industrial engineering and facility management Planning and coordination of office and area adjustments Support for moving, land and infrastructure projects Participation in factory layout, optimization and transformation projects Support in building and developing a digital twin of the factory Creation and maintenance of 2D and 3D models/plans Ensuring the data quality and up-to-date of all site development templates Documentation and tracking of layout changes and area developments

Training as well as several years of experience in factory/layout planning Safe handling of CAD software (Autodesk/Revit) Experience in creating and maintaining 2D and 3D models Experience with digital twins or BIM desirable Understanding production and layout relationships Self-employed and structured work Communication and team skills Analytical and solution-oriented approach High sense of responsibility
