Your tasks - varied & practical you support our HR consultants training throughout the entire recruiting process – from the invitation to tender to the onboarding of new apprentices and dual students. You are responsible for the seminar management and prepare the seminar plan for trainees. You undertake the planning of the trainees in the departments. You serve our pupil interns and manage their deployment planning. You introduce themselves to personal marketing – in creating content and organizing and participating in trade fairs and school events. The processing and control of our digital training management and learning programs are your responsibility. The day-to-day business will support you by taking over other administrative tasks and participating in interesting projects. You can bring this with - professional & human You have the degree preferably as a bank merchant (m/w/d) and first professional experience. You have flexibility, a quick understanding and have a strong organizational talent Joy of communication and cooperation in the team are of course for you.
