You'll be expecting us: Preparation of our Neapolitan pizza dough according to recipe Portioning and shaping the dough pieces Professional opening of dough by hand evidence of pizzas with high quality, fresh ingredients Baking of pizzas in a stone oven according to traditional Neapolitan style Ensuring constant high quality and perfect baking results Participation in the development of new pizza creations Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards Clean, neat and structured work at work Quiet and concentrated work – even in stressful situations Close cooperation with the service and kitchen team Responsible handling of food and work equipment
