Parttime (20 to 30 hours/week) The body is first terminated as part of a parental leave office. A subsequent takeover is basically possible with corresponding development.

Make sure that international deliveries come to the destination safely and legally. Support in implementing and monitoring export control and customs requirements Examination of the monthly Intrastat notifications and carrying out regular inspection and verification activities in the export sector Implementation and documentation of internal import control Maintenance and management of export control related master data, authorisations, registrations and supplier declarations Observation of legal changes and maintenance and further development of our Internal Compliance Program (ICP), our process and work instructions as well as further documentation Organisation and coordination of training and seminars in the field of export control Organization and management of our regular internal exchange of information on issues of export control including documentation of results Supporting the specialist applications and customs portals used Contact persons for internal areas of expertise in export control and customs law, as well as assistance in customs and external audits

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally related to external trade, customs or logistics First professional experience in the field of customs, export control or foreign trade is advantageous Interest in legal and regulatory issues and the willingness to work on new issues continuously Self-employed, structured and careful working and a high sense of responsibility Organisational skills, communication strength and joy in cooperation with various departments Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of customs software, ideally AEB, are advantageous Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
