Account Management Administrator as Administrator Customer Service (m/f/d)

In the department Customer Service Mitte in our branch in Liederbach near Frankfurt, you are the first contact person (m/w/d) for our customers and thus also responsible for an optimal customer experience. You will also participate in the further development and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction. Other tasks include: As an interface to other departments, you pursue the goal of continuously improving the processes. You are responsible for the installation and maintenance of our customer-specific conditions and contracts. In addition, you support our customers in day-to-day business – from organization to contract adjustments to problem solutions. Your team supports you by maintaining e-tools and assists our customers and drivers in using our online tools. Last but not least, you are also responsible for implementing the current strategy for customer support.

Successfully completed commercial training – preferably from the automotive industry Experience in the service sector, ideally knowledge of customer support and/or operations department Excellent communication skills in word and writing Affinity for vehicle manufacturers and vehicle models Good MS Office knowledge and good English
