You are already working in the personnel billing, e.g. as a staff assistant:in or Payroll Specialist, have first experience with SAP HCM and want to go the next step towards consulting? Then you are right with us: In our junior program, we form you specifically for the SAP HCM consultant – practical, structured and with real customer reference. With us you learn from the best! Together with our dedicated trainer and an experienced team, you will learn everything to take responsibility for the demanding business of personal accounting in the SAP HCM environment. From the start, you are part of the team and supported by training on the job in ongoing application support as well as in customer projects. This is how you collect valuable practical experience early on. Your tasks after training: Advice & Support: You advise and support our customers in the use of our SAP HCM solutions and take over tasks in application care. Project work: In customer projects, you work together with experienced consultants:inside, the successful use of our software solutions. Process understanding: You analyze existing processes and identify optimization potentials in cooperation with the departments Quality & further development: You actively participate in the further development of our products and the protection of high quality standards. Knowledge transfer: Training in our in-house training centre is also part of your task.

You already have practical experience in personnel billing, for example as personnel officer:in or Payroll Specialist, and want to go the next step. Instead of pure material processing, the work attracts you to solutions, processes and customer requirements in the SAP HCM environment. You work organized, take responsibility and keep a cool head on complex topics. Both in the team and in customer contact, you appear open, binding and solution-oriented. In addition, we require the following: Completed studies (e.g. business informatics) or comparable qualification Practical experience in personal accounting, ideally with SAP First experiences in the SAP HCM environment Communication strength and joy in cooperation with customers: As Junior SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d), we expect a structured environment in which you can develop your technical skills in a targeted manner. Starting in May 2026, we will accompany you on your way to an experienced consultant (m/w/d) – with personal support and clear development perspective.
