Accountant (m/f/d)

As an account holder (m/w/d), you are responsible for creating the Group Reporting and providing valid financial indicators (KPIs).

Active participation in growth in Germany by ensuring transparent, efficient and scalable financial structures is part of this as well as the continuous optimization of the financial processes for the processing and analysis of all financially relevant business processes.

Creation of monthly group reporting Accounting according to local and international accounting regulations Cash management Budget and Forecast processes in close coordination with management Factory and cost controlling to control financial performance Creation of sales tax forecasts and other statistics Interface function for internal and external stakeholders, in particular auditors, corporate finance, as well as care for intra-group interconnections (contracts, voting, payments) Optimization and digitization of financial processes

Account holder or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (min. 3 years) in a comparable position in the financial sector Knowledge of financial reporting (HGB & IFRS) and experience with financial reporting (e.g. HFM) and ERP systems High loadability and independent, proactive and target-oriented operation also under time pressure Hands on mentality Strong communication and team skills, as well as good German and English skills and affinity for IT and digitalization topics
