Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a project manager, you take over the overall responsibility in national and international projects, coordinate the subprojects and guide the project managers and the project team. You take over the project team's technical leadership together with the subproject managers. You are responsible for handling national and international contracts and subcontracts. The cooperation of the organisational units is ensured by you. You plan, control and coordinate our partners and subcontractors. You ensure the coordination between project manager and project team. The implementation of chance and risk management is in your hands. You cooperate in building and implementing the claim management. You make claims against customers and subcontractors.

You have successfully completed your studies in business, engineering, or similar fields. You have gained several years of experience in managing and managing external development projects with corresponding budget responsibility. Ideally, you will bring experience in the environment of the German Marine and with the contracting authority. Project management certification according to IPMA is desirable. You are used to work independently and have a pronounced communication strength, high enforcement capability and act confidently. Their working style is result-oriented. You have knowledge of German and good English. The willingness to occasional national and international missions will bring you with you.
