As a service specialist for dialogue marketing (m/w/d), you will learn customer management in our Servicecenter: Active customer address: You take active communication via phone (outbound) and via email and chat. You work safely on the basis of communication guides that serve you as professional orientation and support. Consultation & Acquisition: You present the benefits of AOK Rheinland/Hamburg with enthusiasm and actively support the acquisition of new members. Your goal is to convince interested parties of our offer. Process expertise: In the customer management service center, you will learn the sales processes from scratch and understand how the different teams interlock. Knowledge & theory-practice transfer: You get sound insights into social security law. We offer you an optimal combination of theoretical knowledge and daily use on the phone. Digital work: You work with state-of-the-art communication systems and learn the professional handling of CRM systems for the efficient care of customer data. Continuous development: Through targeted seminars, you will be optimally prepared for your tasks in dialogue marketing. You will get to know our comprehensive range of services as well as all the additional services of AOK.

A qualified school degree is available and you have provided good services, especially in Mathe and German. Openness in dealing with people and a service-oriented approach are obvious to you. Team skills, performance and self-employment are among the strengths. The pleasure of contacting customers by phone and a pronounced communication skills are yours.
