Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements in the field of securities compliance (especially KAGB, WpHG, MiFID II, MAR, AIFM and UCITS guidelines) Further development of relevant compliance systems, control processes and guidelines Creation of risk analyses and reports for management and supervisory authorities Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of transactions with a view to market abuse and insider trading Further development of the systems used and implementation of new regulatory requirements Support relevant topics such as Conflict of Interests, Insider Information, Employee Stores, Gifts & Entertainment etc. Examination and submission of voting rights Development of control plans and implementation of control actions Coordination and implementation of training and awareness measures for all employees of the company Advising the specialist departments in compliance-relevant issues Support for strategic business initiatives, projects and new products and processes (NPP) Close cross-departmental cooperation with legal, risk management, internal audit, operations and other relevant specialist departments Monitoring and support for internal audits, auditors and supervisory authorities

Completed studies in economics, law, or comparable qualifications Knowledge of the regulatory framework (KAGB, WpHG, MiFID II, AIFM and UCITS Directives) and relevant BaFin newsletters Multiannual professional experience in compliance Ideally experience with the special regulatory requirements of capital management companies Analytical thinking, high care and strong risk awareness Safe handling of relevant monitoring and analysis tools and MS Office High integrity, communication strength and enforcement High level of integrity and ownership Very good communication and consulting skills, in particular the ability to transfer regulatory requirements into practice High analytical thinking capability and a pronounced detail accuracy German knowledge of C2 level / native language, English knowledge of C2 level very good knowledge of the German financial market
