The methodological structure, the further development and the group-wide control of the IT and digitization landscape as well as the associated processes and instruments The responsibility for a stable, secure IT operation and the technical development of the winiPro system and the entire IT landscape Planning, implementation and development of modern IT solutions, automation and digitization tools to increase efficiency An active interface role with technical consulting of the departments, special analyses and development of practical IT solutions Development, documentation and optimization of business and IT processes incl. IT risk management, monitoring and early warning systems Adaptation and scaling of IT structures to the requirements of a buy-and-build company and support of M&A processes The analysis, control and evaluation of IT key figures and projects as well as the creation of decision bases for management Active control and optimization of IT costs A responsible leadership role with the aim of strengthening employees and promoting cooperation The technical support, training and further development of IT trainees

A completed study in computer science or a comparable subject as well as several years of experience in IT with a focus on digitalization and automation Practical experience in IT project management, system integration and automation as well as ideally touch points with goods management systems such as winiPro or comparable systems A pronounced hand-on mentality and the desire to advance things sustainably A good understanding of business processes, operational relationships, IT processes, data quality and KPIs as well as a view for economic relationships Conceptual and strategic strength as well as a good sense of putting ideas into practice structured and pragmatically Enthusiasm for modern IT solutions, automation as well as AI/AI and their useful use in practice A safe, appreciative appearance and joy in communication, moderation and cooperation with different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German in word and writing allow you to have a clear and valuable communication in the team and with our customers A valuable, binding leadership with the focus on cooperation, development and agile working methods
