DevOps & Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

Together with interdisciplinary teams and our customers, you create individual cloud architectures for high-quality and sustainable software solutions. Together with developers and operators, you provide appropriate automation and smooth, auditable deployments and rollouts. For example, you use IaC, tools for configuration management or reusable deployment patterns. You enable reliable, secure and cost-efficient operation of the software solutions by means of observability tools, curing measures and cost and resource management. You will stay up to date on developments in DevOps and Cloud Engineering and promote further development initiatives by sharing your knowledge with teams and communities. You support technical sales with your professional expertise.

You have a degree in computer science or a comparable educational path. You speak very good German (C1 level) and fluent English (min. B2 level) for clear and secure communication in the team and with our partners. You know different technologies of the Cloud DevOps ecosystem and use them strategically, e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Gitlab. You live high quality – this includes an understanding of software development and architectures as well as a potential for security, observability and cost efficiency. You understand DevOps not only as a buzzword, but as a philosophy and culture and are burning for continuous development – within your projects and in exchange with others, for example through work in communities of practice and participation in conferences. You communicate openly and honestly, give constructive criticism, accept feedback and use it for your personal development. Certifications for a cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, StackIT) are advantageous.

Within our salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position is set at a range of EUR 60,000 – 83,000 per year and is based on various factors such as qualification and experience. .
