Commercial control and monitoring of project assignments with regard to quality, volume and pricing Continuous review and sustainable implementation of optimization potentials, including with the help of digitalization and automation approaches Introduction of technical innovations to improve processes and customer quality Create monthly KPI reports for the client (e.g. call volume, customer satisfaction, etc.) and (further) development of reporting formats as well as creating presentations on strategic issues Support of the Business Development team for new projects

Complete business studies and professional experience in project management, ideally in the customer care environment Structured, independent working and social competence as well as enforcement strength for project work with different stakeholders Design will as well as IT and technology affinity in the introduction of process improvements and new systems Safe handling of current MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), ideally experience with Salesforce and Jira/Confluence
