Your duties

• Reception and care of (international) visitors and guests incl. forwarding to the relevant contact persons
• Responsibility for the telephone center
• Postal processing and distribution
• Organisational or administrative activities

• Ideally training, e.g. in the hotel compartment, gastronomy or Services
• Professional experience, ideally from the hotel industry (reception), as assistance or in office management
• Very good German and good English skills
• Routine handling of MS Office
• Professional appearance and team spirit, loyalty and discretion
