The CIO office is a central unit for strategic consulting and further development of the entire Witt Group IT. As a team directly assigned to the CIO, we design cross-border IT topics, drive the further development of structures, processes and systems and create the basis for a future-oriented IT organization. As IT Consultant (m/w/d), you focus on the holistic development and performance improvement of IT: you analyze existing structures, identify optimization potentials and develop target images for the future orientation of IT. On this basis, you conduct concrete conceptual measures and actively shape the further development of processes, systems and organizational structures. You work at the interface between strategy, IT and organization. For us, it goes without saying that you can use the benefits of mobile office and remote work in the job. We use mobile devices and online tools to enable mobile work wherever possible.

Develop our IT, processes and systems continuously and question existing structures critically in terms of efficiency, quality and sustainability Identify optimization potentials in existing processes and services and actively promote derived improvement measures Guide concrete concepts, targets and implementation measures for the further development of the IT organization from strategic requirements As a Sparring Partner for Management and C-Level, together with them develop strategic target images and introduce their own conceptual impulses into the discussion Rate the selection, evaluation and introduction of suitable methods, technologies, processes and working methods for the sustainable development of IT Coordinate cross-sectoral changes, keep the threads together and ensure a coordinated, effective interaction of processes, systems and stakeholders Create presentations and decision templates for top management

Successfully completed studies of business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification with high IT affinity Multiannual experience in IT consulting, in IT organization or in transformation and process projects Good understanding of IT systems, processes and their interaction in the corporate context Embossed analytical and conceptual skills as well as the pleasure of solving complex topics structured Self-employed, independent and customer-oriented work High interest in the further development of IT, organization and processes and in continuous improvement
