Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the complete staff administration from entry to exit including contract creation, contract changes, certificates and certificates You maintain and manage the HR master data in the HR system You control the time economy including working hours and absences You prepare the pay bill, act as a branch for external payroll accounting, and take part in social insurance and wage tax reporting and the preparation of certificates You support the organization of onboarding and offboarding processes You actively contribute to HR projects and drive process optimization and digitization

You have completed commercial training with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification; (m/w/d) is an advantage You have several years of professional experience in operational personnel management You provide good knowledge of labour, wage and social security law You are experienced in the preparation and follow-up of the pay bill You are sure to deal with HR software and MS Office, ideally you know Personio You convince by service orientation, discretion and accuracy and work structured, independent and team-oriented You communicate safely in German; English knowledge is advantageous
