Project Manager - Wind Energy / Rotor Blade Service (m/f/d)

You plan, control and accompany projects in rotor blade service You agree on the range of services, dates and requirements with customers:inside, specialist areas and partners:inside You create and update deployment, appointment and resource plans You coordinate personnel, materials, tools, equipment and services You monitor quality, costs, appointments and execution and tax countermeasures for deviations You guide the associated employees professionally and disciplinefully and secure a complete project documentation You prepare the billing and monitor compliance with all relevant safety, quality and compliance requirements You report on project status, risks and needs You’re thinking about the further development of processes and standards You support the selection of new employees

You have a technical or commercial training with relevant professional experience in project management or rotor blade service You have experience in project management, deployment planning or project execution and know you in project controlling, documentation and reporting You have IT skills and are safe to handle MS Office 365 You have knowledge of occupational safety, quality and technical processes and are organizationally strong, responsible and structured and independent in your work You are strong in communication, enforceable and will be safe for customers: You are team-ready and you are solution-oriented with challenging project situations You have good knowledge of German and English and a driving licence class B You have experience in field planning and technical documentation You have experience in cooperation with subcontractors / foreign service providers and a basic understanding for commercial project evaluation, post-calculation or budget responsibility You are familiar with the processing of fiber composites and have experience in the field of rotor blade service, wind energy or in a comparable technical environment You have GWO trainings and/or SCC/VCA certification as well as ERP skills (Business Central) You own a license class BE
