Coordinator & Efficiency Drivers – You plan and control a need-oriented and efficient personnel and material use in compliance with the relevant regulations. Quality expert – you coordinate, monitor and evaluate construction partners as well as suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Security & Sustainability – You ensure compliance with all occupational safety and environmental regulations and ensure safe, sustainable construction site operation. Negotiating professional – You conduct conversations with contractors, construction partners and third parties in a targeted, independent and with the necessary fingertip feeling. Networkers – You build sustainable business relationships and maintain them in the long term.

Your profile – Not from the bar You bring not only specialist knowledge, but also the certain “biss”. What we wish: (m/d), architect (w/m/d) or technician (w/m/d) with comparable knowledge. Industry experts – You are experienced in the handling of raw or turnkey structures, ideally in high and industrial construction. Regulatory – Funded knowledge in building contract law (VOB and BGB) as well as in occupational safety and environmental regulations. Digital affinity – knowledge in Microsoft Office as well as construction-specific applications, ideally iTWO.
